If you imply to me that you do not own the original copy of the game, then I cannot supply you with the disc, as you have no legal rights to own it.

If you buy a title from me and you do not have the original copy of the title, then you must by law, destroy the backup copy supplied from me, within 24 hours of purchase, having used the CD for evaluation purposes only.

You may keep the backup after 24 hours if in that time, you have gone out and bought the original title commercially.
